Upgrade kits?

Assuming i have mastered most of or all of the campaigns and am level 95, are there other ways to get kits?

I seem to be missing a few to master several weapons

No,do every mission %100 and always do challenges and you get 1 kit!only base game challenges give 1 kit

i did everything myself including nightmare for base game and all dlc and maxed all weapons so ive 23 kits!now i play for 4 coop only

I have 64 kits and don´t know how to spend to another player. Is it possible ? Got all achievements, all weapons, all is finished in that game.
Upgradekits are senseless now for me.

I think you get +1 kit everytime you level up 10 times. I mean, level: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, etc

no. I did level up often, and it is still at 64.
