Missing Upgrade Kit

We're currently investigating multiple reports that Upgrade Kits are missing. Please bear with us while we continue to evaluate the problem.

Where to find Upgrade Kits

Upgrade Kits can be obtained in various ways. You can find them in hidden locations within each level or complete heroic actions or standard challenges to unlock them. You can also obtain them by getting gold medals on campaign missions in the base game, by levelling up or by completing Sticker Book pages.

The best way to keep track of how many kits you've collected per level is by heading to the 'Records' section in the main menu, and selecting 'Collectibles'. Please note: this only includes kits associated with that level, not for kits you've obtained via other means (e.g. Completing a Sticker Book whilst playing that mission).

Hello, I have one question. Where can I get another upgrade kit? I am ranked 100 ++, I unlocked all sticker sets, I completed all challenges, I got gold at every level, I collected all collectibles. And I am missing one upgrade kit.

You get one upgrade kit for playing while "tutorials" are switched on in the options menu. Most or a lot of players, like me, missed it since I think it's nowehere stated and never switched that on. Unfortunately there seems to be a bug that prevents players to receive it now, after they already finished the first mission or even the whole game without any tutorials, so right now we'd never be able to get the last kit if Rebellion wouldn't fix it.

My 1 missing upgrade kit did not unlock with today new update either.. "Dev's" is there something we have to do for it to unlock. or should of it just appeared in the inventory ?. I went through the tutorials again and clicked on each one and the same with the stickers, but that didn't do anything

I went through all the chapters with all the trials, I went through all the trials in the horde, I got nothing, I am deeply saddened because I was waiting for this fix

Good Morning all - following yesterday's patch, we were hoping this would rectify the issues reported regarding missing upgrade kits. I'll raise this as a matter of urgency with our Dev this morning. Thank you for your reports - rest assured, we're looking into it!

I'm also reporting the issue continues, played the chapters again, challenges done and still missing a kit.

Is there no way we can get a stats page that easily shows how many of these there is and where they've been collected from. I've never done the tutorial so I guess for me that's straight forward but having to go through everything to work it out seems a bit nuts

Bug is still there. I just completed Z-task and get "Gold" star for points. But didn't get upgrade ket. (

1st: When I was in the battle and just dinished task (All roads leads to hell 3/4 City of the dead - Reach a combo of 100), game showed that I get that upgrade kit. But when I got to the safe room - there was no kit.
2nd: And this kit isn't last. There is 1 more.

I am writing this on September 2nd and I have not played this game since the release of the third season pass, and if anyone can answer, is the situation with the missing upgrade kit fixed? if not, will there be a fix at all? Already about 4 months have passed since the announcement that the fix is ​​ready and half a year since the game went to Steam, I am not a developer to understand how difficult it is and I am not trying to offend the developers. But in 4 months it is already possible at least a reason to find or dedicate to players who are trying to complete the game of progress. I just want to go through the game 100% because I really liked it, I went through the main campaign, I did absolutely everything that can be done (within the main campaign), even all the weapons from the dlc, and I can't go on further tasks because of this last upgrade kit, I can't go further if I have 1 improvement left and I can't fix it in any way. Well, if someone is all right and all the sets are received, then you can write whether you demolished your save and went through all over again? If someone read this to the end and did not find the same as me then sorry for taking your time
