How to get all Dominique's Curse endings?

I got bad ending from finishing and not collecting all the pages, and then got true ending by getting all pages and it seems 100% (File says 99%, after clearing ending postcredit screen says 100%). How can I get the other one I'm missing?

you need 16 journal page but not all the upgrades for the middle ending (bitter).

I am looking for the fancy bag in order to get the true ending myself, but no idea where to find it, could you help me out with that ?

It is in the upper left part section in the icy area next to Paulina, in a chest.

That's not true. I got it with 15 pages and all the upgrades.

So I just went through and got the True ending, if I want the other endings for the achievement does that mean I need to start a new save for the DLC? That's kind of annoying...
