Tbh, the best thing you can do for that is use a controller of some kind. Those inputs aren't really designed with a keyboard in mind. But another thing you can try is using a macro.

Your computer may not recognize pressing multiple buttons on a keyboard. This is primarily the reason why some buttons don't work if you press more than 1 key. The game is highly recommended to be played on a controller but if you have no access well then you're out of luck with such commands. The good thing is you need to do NONE of these techniques to complete the game. It is not required. And most, if not all just suck.

But they're fun, and they have their uses.

Speaking as someone who plays fighting games with a keyboard, I can do about 70% of all movements except 360s, so I suck with grapplers. Also, the Pretzel sucks, regardless keyboard or controller.
By contrast, I can consistently through a Hadouken with a controller.
So, its more dependent on player skill and NOT the bloody controller.
Hell, you dont need controllers for charged moves, which only involve you pressing in a direction for 2 seconds.

As mentioned, the issue is some keyboards/games dont recognise multiple-button presses and can sometimes (annoyingly, stupidly and frustratingly) activate the Sticky Key function.

For the record, Ive done most of my FG gaming before the advent of mechanical keyboards.
That being said, using a WASD form, what I do is the sliding technique.
On the P1 (facing right) side:-
QCF (Quarter-Clrcle Forward) = Finger on the S, slide to D
QCB (Quarter-Clrcle Forward) = Finger on the S, slide to A
Alternatively, quickpress S -> D -> S and D together.

HCF (Half-Clrcle Forward) = Finger on A, slide to D
HCB (Half-Clrcle Backward) = Finger on D, slide to A

DP (Dragon Punch) = quick press in order: D -> S -> S and D together.
For the most part, you need speed.
KoF has character special moves that involved pressing LP, HP, LK, HK in quick order. Doesnt really matter whether its controller or keyboard.
