Is it worth replaying the game as one of the alternate playable characters?
Aurora, Zangetsu, and Bloodless are all playable characters and have their own opening scene. But, do they all have their own unique campaigns and stories?
In other words, is there anything new to uncover?

I have all the achievements, and I'm debating whether or not to replay the game as one of the other characters.
Thanks in advance.

As I recall, noting I played them a long time ago, all of them except Bloodless are basically replaying the game with a fixed set of abilities/moves, but otherwise play mostly the same (minor dialogue and gameplay/map differences, partly due to them lacking key abilities required to traverse the original map)... except for Bloodless. Bloodless is the only one I found fun enough to almost fully play through the game with, of the alternative characters. Almost, because I did not think it was worth going through the effort of completing the final boss battle with her, which is very difficult in comparison to the main game.

The primary distinction with her from the other characters, assuming you do not use a walkthrough, is it turns the original map into an easter-egg hunt to find her abilities, and you start out severely underpowered with her lack of abilities. She also has the least "story" of any of the alternative characters... meaning, it is non-existent and playing her makes even less sense than the others, unless something happens after the final boss I am unaware of. I am certain I am in the minority, but I found it more enjoyable gameplay than the main game, with its lack of grind, increased difficulty, etc. It is obviously not the main experience, but as a second playthrough? Enjoyable.

I haven't tried them but I've heard they have fixed movesets so it might be a bit boring. Let us know what you think if you try it.
I tried each character for about 10 minutes each. Played Zangetsu for a few hours. (I like that he can make horizontal and vertical slashes with the same weapon.) After a while I didn't feel like playing anymore. (Not much left to explore.)
I would recommend it for hardcore fans that want a new challenge.

So do they have their own campaigns..? Or is it the same thing..?

It looks like a carbon copy of the main campaign with a different set of abilities.
The Bloodless one however starts in her bathtub, and appears to be a unique mission. (Can't say for sure. Only played for about 10 minutes.)
