You will need to purchase the 'Classic Mode II: Dominique's Curse' DLC.

There are indeed trophies in the dlc, and it's apparently been a major issue around here.

Awful decision. Years after release, a game should not include new achievements to force people to buy the DLC to re-achieve 100%.

It's a common misconception that "100% achievements" is somehow necessary.

But, on the positive side: if someone buys the DLC just so they can get to 100% achievements again, they still bought the DLC. So, making it was not completely in vain.

The DLC is really good though, it's worth getting the additional achievements.

There are a total of 12 achievements in the DLC, making it impossible to unlock them all with only the base game. I personally don't like the DLC, so I only unlocked all the achievements from the base game. However, Dominique's true ending is in the DLC, but you can simply look it up online if you don't want to spend around 9 hours unlocking all the achievements and reaching it in the DLC. My personal opinion: The DLC isn't worth the money. There are other games that, during sales, are worth the price of the DLC—unless you're a big fan of Castlevania: Simon's Quest, as Dominique's Curse is heavily inspired by this 80s game, or if you're obsessed with unlocking all the achievements in Bloodstained: RotN.

Yeah, if you're lazy and cheap, which is no excuse, and especially when the game is on sale.

So, they cant release new content just because you don't want to mess with your achievements? Come on man, you and everyone complaining about it is a baby. The Dlc is very good, and are getting bad reviews because ppl like you. The Classic 2 and the new achievements are welcome for me.

The bad reviews are not because of achievements (paid DLC with achievements is a bad move eitherway). The DLC have alot of problems with what it is:
1) Totally different game. Just imaging - you bought CoD but they say that you have to buy Doom to get the whole content of the CoD...
2) Bad and clunky controls
3) Bad lvl design in some rooms
4) the DLC that costs like the game itself (with discount). And again - DLC with different game
