Devs are running tests on the multiplayer mode
Thanks because I hadn't seen that thread since I don't check this forum too often. I'm still waiting for the update to arrive before I start the game and possibly go for 100%.
The news is very good I guess since it means that the update is coming closer and closer.
Either that in some form, or they have like two guys working on meeting the milestone goals four years after release
Right, which is why I was saying that I hope all of this work double counts towards the sequel. Would be a shame if they were still actively developing a dead game four years after release
In the case of Bloodstained, I can only assume that if they didn't think there was a valid business reason to continue producing content, they wouldn't be. Either the game must still be profitable enough for them to justify further development, or perhaps they have internal data that suggests their profits will spike up after releasing the content they are producing.
This game has been very profitable. Although I don't need anything else, if they are making a second one, a lot of this stuff can surely be reused. It will be way faster development.
I'd like to see an improved and different sequel or just another universe if they want it doesn't matter. I hope they are doing well with whatever they choose to do. Next game should be much easier to target features and get things rolling down the hill in a stable fashion. This one had a rough road but came out great.
If we had known how hard it was going to be, I'm sure we wouldn't have made it a KickStarter stretch goal.
it be easy to cancel it, apologize, n move on to another game n more sales.
i respect it a lot.
they jus ran a closed beta, so it cant be much longer. maybe by this october or november, directly a year after it was supposed to be. in all realness tho, i do respect the hustle n im sure its gonna be fun once its finally done.
im jus sayin, at this point, we should prolly stop askin for updates. we kno its not canceled, so its gonna come wen its ready.
