Where's the Blasphemous crossover?
All these random crossovers and yet you still won't give us the one we all want.

yeah its a bit odd to me that blasphemous got Miriam and a bunch of little challenge trials with a bloodstained aesthetic, but bloodstained has nothing as far as I know from blasphemous

Maybe some nexus moder can do such a crossover way to faster. Nier crossover was not half bad.

I don't know about a Blasphemous crossover but we seem to be getting a Shantae crossover. The newest update placed 2 new placeholder items into PBMasterStringTable.uasset called "PirateSword" and "PirateGun," both with the description of "Placeholder description of Shantae equipment!"

Man Blasphemous gets no love after letting Bloodstained get to make an appearance, oh well I'll just have to wait for the sequel.

This one at least makes sense given Jake Kaufman being one of the composers involved with the game (presumably the 8-bit tracks in particular) and with WayForward as one of the developers.

With more outfit options coming for Miriam, it would be nice if the devs finally just moved Todd's functionality into the savefile creation process so we can have the look we want from the start of the game instead of nearly a third of the way through before we get to customize Miriam's appearance.

Jake Kaufmann totally flaked out from the project, he made no songs for the OST :steamfacepalm:

Oh boohiss. Looks like you're right. IMDB had him credited with this game, but I can't find him directly in the credits even in the WayForward section. Which is totally weird since the 8-bit tracks seem to have his stylings in them.

The original 8-bit stuff was composed by Atsuhiro Ishizuna and Keisuke Ito arranged the Michiru Yamane track.

But yeah, Jake Kaufman never ended up doing anything.

It's a real shame. Shantae: ½ Genie Hero is one of my favorite soundtracks. This game's soundtrack is good, but it's sad knowing Jake's not in it.

Of course it's more sad knowing that the current digital release of the Bloodstained soundtrack on every platform may have fixed the distorted sound issue but now half the tracks lack a second loop and a few quite notable ones don't even finish the first loop. Really wish ArtPlay/505 had cleaned that up. The gold standard for OSTs is Intro > Loop 1 > Loop 2 > Fadeout during Loop 3 (or coda if the song has an actual ending).

They didn't even include the new tracks created for classic mode in the OST! I hope they add them alongside the ones from classic mode 2 (505 games, please fix) :torielsad::steamsad::nmhsad::SadOtus:

I'd settle for proper I/1/2/FA for every track. I hate how the best tracks don't even finish their first loop in the currently "fixed" OST. :(
