Probably refill chests too. Almost certain you can just buy them once you've encountered them.

Apple: Ocypete in the cathedral (area you can access either with reflector beam or by candle hopping with double jump) I recomend you farm these guys for G-Bone Steaks too

Lemon: Aello (the same sprite as the ocypete actually), it's found in the galleon and all around town. You can get them from Rul'sha too, (the ''how could you!'' gargoyle lady in the library)
