Shards at 99% instead of 100% (Bug?)

Figured I would try my luck here before submitting a lengthy bug report, just in case I'm missing something.

My shard percentage is 99%, but as far as I can tell it should be 100%. I used a complete list found online to cross-reference my inventory, but no dice. All demons that can have shard icons have them, and they all have filled in percentages for the shard (which should indicate I picked them up, unlike if the shard dropped but then I exited the room). Furthermore, the shard list in the journal has no "?????????" entries.

It took some time, but I made made image galleries (second of which only contains two images) of both my journal, as well as my inventory:

Anyone recognize this? I'm rather distraught as I just finished getting every shard to rank 9... :(

What about the white shards, and the craftable only one?

Good idea about the white shards, hadn't thought of that! :D
Unfortunately, it seems that apart from shortcut (of which I have all 5) and the skill shards you get from getting yellow shards to rank 9, all white shards are mandatory. List here:

I've also got all the craftable ones, unless there's a bizarre shard that not only needs a recipe, but also does not appear in the journal for some reason.

I took a few more screenshots, showing all my white shards, as well as all the craftable ones (they fit nicely onto one "page"). Note that I gathered up the materials so that I could make them, i.e. there are no greyed out ones at the bottom of the list.

Do you have the IGA DLC? It counted towards my 100% (even though it feels like it should be separate as it is DLC).

Iga's shard should not be counting towards your shard progression as it doesn't explain why I have 100% shards when I don't have the dlc.

Likely it's that it only counts IF you have the DLC.

If by Iga's shard you mean the red shard from beating him (Insatiable), then I have that as well. It's actually my equipped shard, so it can be seen in all the inventory images in the background. In particular, it can also be seen in the inventory list in the image marked "Inventory (image 4)".

I could be wrong, but it looks like you are missing High Jump (white shard). It's a craftable shard. You need a Bovine Plume to craft it.

Yep, I agree.... I dont see this shard in your pictures.

Well, you were both right! :D It was High Jump, but it seems I discovered another bug in the process.

The reason I discredited High Jump (apart from me thinking I already had it) was that I had crafted all the shards in Johannes' "everything" list (i.e. the left-most tab). I could not find High Jump there, but if I looked in the tab that *only* shows me shards, then High Jump was there... So basically, I traded one bug for another bug, but at least the second one doesn't stop me from completing my shard list! :D

Just wanted to say i had this exact problem and thought the game was bugged and I couldn't get 100% completion. I shelved it for most of a year and came back only to find i still was stuck at 99%, but thanks to this post i found out I was missing high jump all along due to the same circumstances as OP. Thanks for the help guys.
