Only Complain, the outfit didn't change

When you change the equipment, the appearance of the character change, only the outfit is not

There are a FEW things that will change her main body appearance. But yeah, it is the weapons, helms and accessories that change mostly.

Yea i was kinda bummed that there wasn't at least 2 armor sets (with some color variations depending on the armor), appearance wise, considering armor can be classified into essentially Armors and Dresses.

Valkyrie Armor and Bunnymorphosis shard will change her appearance and the killer barber in the cathedral can do quite a bit to customize Miriam, but I more or less agree. I do wish more of the armor sets changed her appearance.

I would say that the Shovel Knight armor is a bit more than just a simple cosmetic item for Miriam, considering it overhauls her stats, movement, and offensive abilities.
