How do I get past the two rows of spikes after getting reverse?

I'm so lost as to where to go after inferno cave. I'm pretty sure that this double spike area is the way forward but I have no idea how to get past it. Idk if there is a spike breaker armor I'm missing or what

Take your new Invert skill and go explore the Dragon Tower.

You're going to want to look for an item called the Aegis Plate in the Twin Dragon Towers. Go to the ground floor of the second tower and use the invert between the stairs and the tower. :)

There is far more than one hidden thing in the game, my friend. Though the Aegis Plate is one of the few hidden things mandatory for progression.

I wouldn't say it's mandatory, healing items and powering through worked for me.

I would say it's definitely mandatory on any difficulty higher than normal. You can't brute force through the amount of damage traps do on higher difficulties.
