Rhava Velar where to find?

As the title, what do i need to kill in which location to get that?

It is farmabale at Dian Cecht Cathedral. This thing drops pretty often from these demonic barbers.

I was talking about Rhava Bural, of course. You can craft Rhava Velar using 4xRhava Bural + some other ingredients, and you will need recipe, I suppose.

You need 4xRhava Bural to craft Rhava Velar anyway.

You have to craft it, it costs 4 Rhava Burals, 1 Crimsonite, 1 Imbrued Fang and 4 Sharp Razors.

This is accurate. You'll need the Legendary crafting book too. It's located in the stairs leading up to Gebel's room at the top left corner hidden in a chest.

You have to kill the "Millionaire's Bane."

Flame Circlet, you should be able to already. Have to buy a circlet from the shop and the recipe becomes available. I think you need a ruby or a few ruby. don't remember but the crafting should be available already
