you need to finish the game first before you can fight... DIO... wait.. wrong... wait he has ZA WARUDO........ well to fight DI...O.... you need to get the Tome of Conquest and go to the warp point in the Glacial Caves after defeating Dominique

You can face demon 127 after beating Gremory by taking the Tome of Conquest from the library and then enter the empty area with open doors just beside the waypoint in the last area.
