99.80% map! Assistance required!

I cannot for the life of me find the last two (assuming two) rooms on this damn map! I've scoured up and down with the Detective Eye enabled and I just cannot figure out what I'm missing, even when looking at maps from other people! Any assistance appreciated!

One of them is in the Oriental area, the small one missing in the middle of it. You can access it from the room with the red portal gates.

Well, one of them was correct. The one on the bottom left you marked though, there's nothing there.

Just for anyone who is wondering how much of the map you need to unlock before the final boss room, the number was 99.80% for me.

After finding every secret room (one of which I found thanks to Duck's 100% map picture), my percentage was exactly 99.80% When I entered the final boss room and ran from end to end, I got the Cartographer achievement.
