Grand Izayoi vs Mikazuki
The top two katanas, one crafted from the other, but on paper they're statistically identical. Both 49 atk, pure slashing damage, same speed and reach too.

Grand Izayoi's description says "It grows and has a mind of its own", but that's rather vague. Assuming there is one, what is the difference between these two weapons?

the skills tied to them unless you mastered your Katana skills

I think it was Mikazuki that has a very op skill, but you can use it with grand izayoi after you master it. Learn the skill from Mikazuki (Forward, Back, Forward + Attack). then use whichever you want. Im not sure what skill the grand izayoi has

My Grand izayoi is 50, but I've been using it a lot.

Grand Izayoi is the best katana, period, once you've mastered all Techniques.

Mastering techniques is recommended simply because it gives you freedom to equip whatever the heck you want.

I seem to be the only one who can't FIND the Grand Izayoi. Anyone wanna lemme know? I'm already at the end of the game and would love to experiment with it a bit.

The Grand Izayoi's ATK stat increases with the amount of blood you absorb with Bloodless' shard. Every 500l = 1 ATK. The max ATK stat is 58.

I't basically a reference to the Muramasa from SotN. (Though that was MUCH stronger than the Grand Izayoi)
