Get on the train again and find the one chair you can sit in (second car from the left, I believe), and just wait for it.

It's in the train. You need to sit down on the seat next to an open window on the car with the door that you open with a lever. It'll take a while, but it will show up. Be warned, that it's a bit of a jumpscare, and is a very dangerous enemy. Bring healing and Holy Water.

It's an absolute PITA to farm if you want to max out its shard's grade, though. You can only spawn it once per train ride, and it takes too long to spawn.

Just tested if time stop works on it and it does in a bad way. If you plan to time stop to farm it faster, do not use time stop while its cursing you. It causes its curse move to continue to damage you til you die, run out of mana, or let go of R1 so it can finish its move. Which ever happens first.

how to cheese this monster after summoning him go back to the first wagon was it and there is a platform there where he cant reach you you can still hit him but since his jump is lower than yours eh...
