Report a translation problem
I do keep getting poisoned even though I maxed the Poison Resist one though. It's probably just not a very good shard. :P
Yeah. I ranked up Detective Eye to max. Now any item in my direct vicinity is automatically picked up and I see breakable walls when I get close. The weird part is that sometimes the ring showing the range shows up, sometimes it doesn't. I don't think it's meant to constantly be there, but sometimes it just decides to pop up.
YOU WHAT. If I completely max the rank of, say, Sword Mastery, or Augment INT, they become PERMANANT!?
Yes. Though many have strict requirements at Rank 7. Some things stack as well. So you can have resist poison as a passive and equipped to double the effects.
As when I had it equiped I would get 3 health a 'tick' but without it (and still rank 9) I would only get 1 a tick.
Didn't think it would work for ALL the Yellows though! Still super worth it :D

The reason for the different values is because the one you equip gets counted twice, once as a passive, and the second time as an equipped shard. If you turn off the passive and equip the shard, i bet it will be the same regen value as having the passive on and shard not equipped.
