Missing Two Cooking Books & Hair Apparent V

Would like to know where the books I'm missing are if possible. The cook books I'm missing are as follows as ordered in the Archive:

Supreme Dish ? where do you find it ?

One is the fish dish which is in underwater caves and the other is pasta which I think is in the area with the jumbo sized demons.

For people who need it, the Fish recipe is exactly where DarkFenix shows it. As for the Pasta recipe and Hair Apparent VI (there is no Hair Apparent V as I found out after obtaining this), they are shown here[imgur.com] in these two pictures I have put up. Both of them are near each other in the bottom-ish part of the left Twin Dragon tower.

There is no Hair V, only Hair XII (found on Minerva, left side of the deck, mast on the right edge of the area)

Check my comment (#9). I said I found out there is no Hair Apparent V. What I found was Hair Apparent VI.
