Where do you go after you get double jump?

I swear I've gone everywhere you can in the game. I know I need the ability to turn small or whatever. I can't figure out where the hell I'm supposed to get it. I beat the two headed dog fight and got the photo but that seemed optional or something? There's no guides yet so I'm lost.

Remember that room with three portraits? Go up from there and play a game I call, don't take too much spike damage.

You need to go to the train to reach the area where you will get the shard to teleport trough these gaps. To open the train gates you need credentials, to get those you need to speak to O.D (librarian), Miriam will only ask about the train if you already reached the locked gates.

You can't go there till after the Twin Dragon Tower. Which is where I pointed him.

Yeah, it’s my one and only complaint about the whole game so far. There is no real indication that Miriam can fit within the gaps of the wheel and not get spiked to death, so it directed me (and apparently others) to assume that it would be a bad idea to try it.

If you got the double jump, you should have met a character in that area that looks a little bit familiar to Castlevania players. He should give you access to the train, asking you a picture to make the document (which you already have). Of course you have to see the train first.

I was lucky in getting everything in the right order but everything was clear as day:
-Got to the train, it was a dead end
-Talked to the shopkeeper, she said that maybe that was used by vampires (or vampires can give you access to the train)
-met the vampire, willing to give me access, but he cares about rules so he needs to make you a document for that, so he needs a picture
