Den of Behemoths, an area you'll reach eventually in the story. Once there, it will be up high on a platform in one of the larger rooms from that area (you'll need to use either High Jump or Invert to reach it).

BTW, if you explore left and then down and keep going, you'll eventually reach a big room where you need to race a ninja. If you win you receive the Accelerator Shard, which is kind of a Black Panther Soul, like in Aria/Dawn of Sorrow. Useful to rush across maps easily, and it can be used with every other Shard. Accelerator, High Jump and Rhava Velar are a good combination.

Btw, how do I get the chests under the bridge at Oriental Sorcery Lab?

You need Dimension Shift Shard. You'll get it once you defeat Gremory (I think that was her name???).

I somehow cheesed that race at the very end using the tractor ray to clutch the finish line from the poor ninja.
