Report a translation problem
It's not true that all of the rooms do nothing. The other three rooms.... well, let's just say they hold surprises and leave it at that.... as for the cat room, couldn't really find anything in that one.
They other never form or the chair just doesn't last long enough.
Therefore I have to presume the music boxes and ghost chair are all the room has to offer.
The confessional booth room in Symphony only had two possible ghosts; once you got the Wine item drop from the priest, the room was only useful for slowly and intentionally damaging yourself for... whatever reason.
On the other hand... this is the same developer that added a secret and invisible elevator inside a breakable wall that would let you skip a portion of the game if you crouched where the hidden item was for quite awhile before being warped down to sequence break.... Okay, carry on trying to find all the secrets.
