Where is the Library?
I'm trying to get the double jump and I've been looking for almost an hour D:

nvm again, here is a screenshot of my map, the library is in the upper left, so you have to go to the right first

You get to library by advanced through clock tower place first. Then head into mechanical area and finally up into library.
