Reflector Ray not working?

Is anyone having problems using Reflector Ray if not tell me what am I doing wrong I really don't want to reset my whole save

i dont know if you are playing with keyboard or with controller however you need to aim with the beam. on controller right stick in the direction and then the action button . keyboard and mouse dunno

So I guess I am pretty dumb here have to hold and aim with the stick I thought it was hold the button and aim with the stick at the same time :c

that's a "directional shard" so for any spells in that slot you have full 360 degree aiming, normally done on a game controller's right thumb stick, and then press the button to fire it in the direction you want. for the reflector ray you have to aim the beam of light and then fire it to teleport

Reflector ray won't work on the outside of the dragon tower. It seems to bug out in rotation areas.

r.ray need you to be aiming in a direction without moving for a bit (like those doors you point at for a bin before they move) this will start a glowing line coming from you in that direction then while holding the aimed direction use the shard

It works differently than most other directional shards. I think that there's only another one that works like this. You don't hold R2 and aim with it. It's the opposite, you aim first and then press R2.
