Valkyrie Tiara bug?
I'm working on 100% items for the achievement and just have the Valkyrie Tiara helm and a few weapons left. I have opened the chest at Den of Behemoths underneath the platform where you fight Valefar but the Valkyrie Tiara helm is not in my inventory and is not a completed item in my helm archive list. Anyone else have this problem or maybe it's in another chest or something please let me know. It could be a bug.

When you say the chest below Valefar, are you referring to the clearly visible one, or the hidden second one off to the left? The latter contains the Valkyrie Tiara.
