How do you deal with that banshee woman that curses you?

I think her name is Cyhyraeth and she does a lot of damage if she grabs you and curses you half health. I'm early into the game should I just avoid her?

She has around 300 HP. So, you can just kill her with Cerulean Splash. However, overall, I just avoided her if possible.

Early on I had True Arrow shards maxed out. Pincushioned her until I could use other things.

I just watched her pattern. Then attacked just after she moved or screamed.

If you have a Nodachi or Blutgang, you can parry her charge-grab with Eleventh Hour/Parry and then run past or counterattack her as you please.

She has two patterns. First is the flip over you then scream. She only does the scream after doing the flip over your head move. The second is when she takes a superman flying pose and tracks you for a bit before flying towards you. Shes not fast when doing this so you can jump over her easily once you have double jump.

Protip: To defeat the Cyhyraeth, shoot at it until it dies.

The combination of Welcome Company and Rhava Bural will keep her stun-locked before she can even scream.

you can slide under her when she lunges if you time it right, later on you can footstool off her head when you get the double jump. tough enemy though

the most annoying enemy in the game that curses you is number 44. he stuns you so much and concidering you have to farm him on the train wich takes a while to get him to spawn maxing out curse resistance shard just isnt worth the time and effort.

he's easy to kill if you have the grinder skill, you just jump up on the roof and kill him through the top. he can't even hurt you. Also, it is absolutely worth getting at least one and upgrading all the way since it negates curse a lot of the time.

i have it upgraded all the way. i just cant really farm grades from him to make it stronger. i managed to get it to grade 3 and gave up but it is rank 9 however.

Valkirie Blade just plain oneshot her on my level. As many other weapons.

Yes, avoid her in the early game, then you can farm her in late. But if you farm her early, be sure to get the Cursed Ring.

Petra ray. she might be resistant, but instant death is instant death! it's especially useful in nightmare, where your damage output is garbage.
