Bloodless?
Out of curiosity, what level where you guys when you first beat her? I don't want a ton of tips, or some triage about how easy she is and all that jazz. I'm just wondering, since I just got the light ray teleport thing, and I was exploring the cathedral and I found her. I'm like level 25, is it just that I'm not great at the game at this point, or should I just try to find better armor? I can reliably get to her second phase, but then get stomped. Her scarlet cyclone thing deals around 100 damage to me right now, basic attacks deal 70ish.--- ps, please don't spoil what comes after her or her surroundings, no one likes to be spoiled in metrovania games. that stinks.

Level 19. She's a challenge due to being raw damage but you should have similarly high raw damage due to the cathedral you just accessed. Farm and rank up your shards, clearly you've been slacking on that. Her cyclone can be completely avoided and is her easiest attack to dodge by getting behind her. If you have too much trouble, use the Shield Weapon since it can block 90% of her attacks.

I dont remember the level, but the first time i found her i beat her. This game is freaking awesome but the bosses are kind of easy. Almost all of them can be beat just by jumping over them and attacking their back. All of them except the casino one and the last one, but they can be spammed to death so whatever. So yeah, just jumo over her, attack her back, repeat. The 8-bit version of the bosses were more difficult in my opinion, but this game is awesome nonetheless.
I was in the mid-high 20s when I fought her my first time. That was also when I learned that bosses could be hit with status effects (I was using the Stinger rapier).

I goofed around exploring every nook and cranny that I could before advancing so Miriam was already level 34 by the time that Bloodless was encountered. Bunnymorphosis (leveled to 4) was sufficient to beat her in a DPS race (Lightning Leg kicked her HP away faster than she could recover it).

Jumping over her can actually be pretty dangerous just due to her mobility, you're liable to get hit by a stray backstep, or her turn (which involves movement) it's kind of silly that contact damage is one of the scariest parts of the fight, but there you go.

In terms of advice, stay mobile, don't forget you can cancel an attack with a backstep, but not if you attack out of a backstep. jumping will let you dodge almost all of her attacks, the exceptions are crimson cyclone (jump over instead), the double tornado in the second phase (get to the centre or sides, focus on evasion until the attack ends (don't forget you can bounce on her head/umbrella to reset your jump), and blood rain (attacks where there's blood on the ceiling, blocked by her umbrellas, which should be deployed, I don't think she's allowed to use blood rain without the umbrellas out)

I was at Level 28 because I was halfway expecting tougher Bosses at this point. However, my fondest memory on this fight was, I was killed in the exact same moment as she. I´m pretty sure her Blood Rain move killed me and my reaction was: What the Hell was that?

I don't remember exact level but I got to her long before I was actually supposed to. My attacks did something like 25-30 damage per hit. I managed to beat her but it is a hard boss. My only advice is to learn how she telegraphs her most dangerous attacks and always be ready for them. Jump over cyclone but other that that - do not move too much. She will never run -into- you and will stop short distance away to do one of her attacks. Act accordingly when she does that.

If you get very talented, you can probably handle almost any boss at any level, especially since leveling only raises stats a minor amount.

In general though, with basic exploring and some shard or resource farming, most people meet her between 20 and 30.

Level doesn't matter. It's how you play the game. With the right shard you can obliterate her in a few seconds before she does her scripted blood steal.

I got lost so I was pretty high when I fought her. Used the Flying Edge and Welcome Company to just keep pouring damage on to her.
