Miriam's Age confusion.
No, this isn't one of those kind of questions.

One thing that really has me confused is how old Miriam is at the time of the game. We know she fell into that slumber when she was 18, and woke up 10 years later. However, what isn't explained is if she actually aged during that sleep.

Gebel looks a good deal older than Miriam (to me, might just be the white/silver hair, though...), yet, if she aged during her slumber, they'd only be 2 years apart.

She should've still aged, but can't pin point the exact age she is right now, the alchemists (Or, someone) used Time Slowing Magic as I can tell from the story I ran into.

One of the diary entries you find explains that the spell that put her into a coma also froze time for her. She didn't age at all during her sleep.
