Hey, the game seems pretty awesome but it seems to me that the game forces you to play as a female main character.. is that really the case or is there another character you can choose? If there isnt do you at least know of some mod or some info that it might be possible in the future? I would rather wait until then

As I said previously, it depends on the game. For example mobas or strategy games I don't mind at all, but games where you're stuck with one character from beginning to end, like rpgs,
and especially if they involve some sort of physical combat/prowess I just can't. It seems a bit ridiculous to me and I can't immerse myself in the game and end up losing interest very quickly.

Do you see how this can come across as incredibly sexist?
are you suggesting it is ridiculous to imagine a woman could take part in combat?
do you realise there are women in the Israeli army that could put you on your back in less than 2 seconds? Just one example.

Your average male, or female isn't going to save the world... That being said, I loved playing as Miriam. I would have been down with there being a system to change many more aspects of her, such as height, weight, bust size,etc etc. (Honey select) A confident man is not afraid of a strong female lead character. Miriam is believeable. She isn't your average female that has been pandered to with an insanely inflated ego. I hope we see her again in a future Bloodstained game. I can respect someones preference to want to play a male lead role though. In reality an average female is much weaker than an average man. Testosterone is a hell of a drug. This doesn't mean females are inferior to males.
