Anyone else having issues with stuttering?

About every second or so I get a slight stutter in the game. Playable but fairly annoying. Nothing I've done seems to help.

Disabling my other monitors fixed the issue, which is unfortunate.

Do you have steam broadscast enabled? That fixed it for me

mine is perfectly fine at 120 fps, also the frametimes are good too with an old gtx 970

Reducing my monitors refresh rate to 100Hz helped to remove the stuttering completely.

Hi Sen, the game doesn't stutter with me. The only thing that "was" giving me stutter and fixed is heavy sfx and I solved it by doing this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1778660448

I couldn't find engine.ini as that site described, where is that?

I have an i7700k / 32gb 3200 / 2080ti / optane / all digital etc and cinematic stutters for me, dropping down to 24fps regularly. i'm powering 3 monitors though. disabling vsync seemed to help. I thought it would look so much better and play better from when I had a 1660ti but it's mostly about the same. i'm stumped.

How are your other monitors configured? Are you playing the game on the monitor designated primary by your OS?
