You missed a circled yellow dot. The hidden room in the area above fire zone, filled with water.

That said is this a new game + where you have been to the zones before? If so check which warp rooms you may not access. Also look for saved rooms.

Edit: The hidden room in the lower left corner of the large room that contains the well drop down path and black belt. From the garden of silence warp room head right. Past the outdoor piano. If you get to train station, twin dragon towers, or drop down the well you have gone too far.
