Trying to get game to run smoothly and FIXED IT.
OK so I got Visible Upgrade installed and it was very laggy/choppy when looking and moving around the game world. What fixed it for me was to ENABLE the multi-core setting in Visible Upgrade settings. The game works fine on multiple cores! Im on Windows 10.

It worked for me too. It's annoying that the Visible upgrade description for multi-core seems to dissuade from using it.
