FOV Hex Edit

Can anyone explain this a bit better for me as im not understanding what im meant to be doing

Im running a 21:9 monitor and the standard resolution fix has worked fine but the FOV (set at its highest of 127 in the widescreen program) still isnt high enough.

Heres what WSGF suggests

Ultra-Widescreen (21:9) Specific Solution & Issues
Same method as widescreen. HUD is centered for 4:3. Example values (used for screenshots on this page):

FOV hex: 00002043
HUD FOV: 41
AssumedUIScreenWidth__d=1137

What am i looking for? I searched for those numbers with a hex editor and nothing was found. I dont understand

Widest FOV via hex editing is 255/2=127 which you already set. Regarding widescreen, I have no idea. Have you tried these steps involving a special utility:?

i just uninstalled this game cause I hated the fov after forcing my 1080p resolution. Played it before at 4;3 in it's day. But, wanted to replay the entire thing again. I shouldve come here earlier
