Will this game work on Windows 7 64 bit?

If not, is there a patch that will make it work?

It probably has a better chance working on Windows 7, honestly. But there is a patch called "Visible Upgrade" that is not only supposed to make the game look better but run smoother on modern computers. Thing is, the game is un-optimised and volatile that you'll be lucky to get it working even with that upgrade. Most people cant get past the opening menu without it crashing.

It worked for me both on win 7 and win 10 (but lags when i try to change video settings in win 10)

It works with VU on Win7 32, but not 64bit.

This game works perfect on 10 for me.. It also ran great on XP, Vista and 7.. I think it's more dependent on hardware, firmware and drivers.. But y'know how that goes, if blame the conflict on the platform operating system.
