Patch R-18+

Hi all!
I have a problem - I bought the game, then went to the JUSTUSA site to buy a patch... and then they reminded me in which country I live... Russia. Yes...
I can't buy a patch, they just don't accept my card! I understand that this is wrong, but at this moment I cannot get the patch in an honest way(((( Can anyone help me?

JAST is a xenophobic and bigoted company that is refusing to do business with Russian citizens, while openly supporting the war-criminals in the Ukrainian government. They do not care about people at all, they only care about virtue signalling and grifting for money.

The moral thing to do would be to not pay for the patch.

I dont think many companies in the world outside of china are doing business with Russia right now. Nothing to do with virtue signaling.

Anyway... I'm stuck with this too, I'm from Indonesia and I don't have CC, I have debit mastercard but it doesn't seems to work.

I don't know any other way possible to do this, is it working fine if I bought it from someone else? The reason it's so tempting just to buy it because it's really not expensive... I really want to buy it just because it's cheap but right now I'm stuck with their limited payment gateway.
