What is kentie?

I keep hearing about it, what is it, what's it do?

it's a launcher at which will run the game in 1080p and at some point better quality, and it's said fix some bugs in it

many people have used it for years and they says it's very good launcher + patch that kentie share it in his blog

i have played only Deus Ex Revision with Reshade mod since the lightning quality is still a major problem for it
