How to play DX on Linux

It works out of the box for me. I'm using Proton 8.0, also using this launch command: PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%

I had to set it to Proton 5.13 before it worked fine on my machine. 6.0 looks overly dark, and 7.0 and later immediately minimise and won't switch back, no matter how many times I click their taskbar button, though they do sound like they're still running. Unreal and Unreal Tournament do this, too, which makes sense, given it's the same engine.
