Jocks apartment

so i cant remember how to get to Jocks apartment - i know its across the way from Maggie chows, but i dont know how to get there from the ground. another weird thing is, when you meet Tracer tong at his lab for the first time, he has a key to Jocks apartment on his desk. why? this makes zero sense. unless they are secretly gay lovers or something, and Jock gave Tracer an extra key so he can come and go. is Jocks apartment even worth the trek anyway? i remember finding it 20 years ago when i played the vanilla/GOTY edition but i am playing ReVision so i didnt know if something was different.

Jock's apartment isn't vital and doesn't offer much besides the aforementioned bit of lore on his PC and some good ol' soy and soda in the fridge.

Question for anyone, does Revision drastically change the maps (unique items, lore, puzzles, etc.)? I remember trying Liberty Island a while ago and being turned off by it. Is it possible to revert to the vanilla maps?
