Best way to get lockpicks?

I keep running into doors I can't open cause I don't have enough lockpicks. What do you recommend?

Explore, theres usually another way to get past, and save your lockpicks for when you know there arent any keys for the container/door your trying to get into, sometimes computers and control panels can unlock doors, so raise your computer skill to unlock hacking. Some containers and doors can be blown up with a lam or rocket launcher of some kind. You could also raise your lockpicking skill so that it doesnt take as many lockpicks to unlock it. Ive managed to go a fair way through the game with a full pack of lockpicks only needing to use 1 or 2 every now and then, theres generally another one just sitting around the corner ready to top up my inventory again.
