Any reasons to why?
I once read this somewhere (probably in r/deusex) "first time play vanilla so on your 2nd run when you GDMX you'll appreciate it more"
It's true that you'll appreciate GMDX more if you play the unmodded version first, but you don't have to. GMDX will give you the full Deus Ex experience but in enhanced form.
not just revision level of fun where you have more map to explore
they made gameplay more doom, but didn't took away difficulty of it
means you can dishonored in GMDX
