What does GMDX V10 do ?

I'm still on V9 and wondering if i should go to v10, but i want to know the differences are first and if it's worth updating

Finished the game with Revision. I can fully recommend it for the 1st playthrough - I enjoyed every bit of it and it was a breeze to install; literally one click. I also checked other mods after - not extensively, but enough to form an opinion - and I must say IDK what's that fuzz all about. TBH, all of them change next to nothing. You still enjoy the game, you still experience the original story, the only real difference are minor gameplay details that feel absolutely fine in every mod.
