Yeah, that's why I think she had been somehow informed of what it was. The tone of her voice at that moment indicates that she's genuinely impressed that you figured it out. Gunther, on the other hand, sounds confused and angry when you use his kill-phrase.
My own interpretation of the bigger picture is that when signing up for UNATCO, Anna paid a lot more attention to the fine print on her employment contract than Gunther did.
