The description is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lol. The difference is the HP restored per medkit.
Untrained 30 hp/medkit
Master 90hp/medkit
I never upgraded a level for medicine. I always had f10 for that. Just upgrade the augmentation which heals you per second. That's the best.
