Just not sure if it's available to you at that point in the game yet.
The GEP gun will do it too, but you need to stand between her and Lebedev, and have sufficient protection for yourself.
Just don't it the way I did
You have to be able to soak up the damage if you stand between her and Lebedev; a well-aimed GEP rocket will solve the problem, but you might just end up killing yourself if she's too close; you never know what the AI's gonna do. An assault rifle would probably be a better idea - the sniper rifle and pump shotgun fire too slowly. The autoshotty would be ideal but you can't get it until the next mission at the earliest. Luckily, if you start shooting at her she will target you instead of Lebedev as long as you're in sight, though you don't have much freedom of movement anyway so it hardly matters.
