Can't climb out of water

After jumping in water in hong kong for a quest there are some pipes that i need to climb onto but i can't climb them. Does anyone know how i can climb out of water?

Hold W and space near a ledge. You'll keep "Jumping" a few times out of the water until you can finally get out.

Try to face upwards when leaving water. It's a little awkward but you'll find the technique eventually.
