I have no sound in game

I hadn't played this game for like a month or so and when I opened up the game today it had no sound I played around with audio settings but nothing happened I opened new worlds and my old saves non had any sound I deleted the game and reinstalled it and it still has no sound I have no idea what to do

I changed my audio from headphones to my monitor and it has sound now but my headphones won't work in the game and before you ask my headphones work just fine in any other game

Check that you haven't muted the game for your headphones.

With the game running open the volume mixer in windows (right click the speaker icon in your windows taskbar)
Change the device to your headphones and scroll across to find Hurricane [optimised] - Foundation.
You may have muted the headphones at some stage and you will be able to unmute the headphones in the volume mixer
