Stuck on loading screen

Hi ! i just bought the game and when i lauch it it load all the way up to 100% of the loading bar but then it stops and frezes my whole computer, i waited some 5 minutes to see if it would continue but no it was stuck there and i had to restart my whole computer, here are my specs

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz
Video card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
Ram: 6.0 GB
System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (build 9600), 64-bit

all driver are up to date :)

My guess would be the Intel Graphics card, don't know the specifics but there are issues with those.

ah yeah i see other people have the same problem and the devs said intel cards are a prob rn big sad :( lets see if they find a way to fix it

We are looking at Intel GPU compatibility issues at the moment. We hope to have some improvements out in the next patch which will be coming this week.

The first time i played this game it seems normal. Everything is worked. But i got this error just like you the other day. What should i do now? I know my laptop is already old but somehow it was worked before

They haven't actually corrected this bug : It's november, i just bought the game, lauch it, and get stuck after the 100% of the loading bar... I will ask a refund and maybe try a few year after in case they correct this bug...

Intel integrated graphics cards are in general way below the minimum requirements for Foundation. This means that some versions of the game might run on them but others won't.

The devs are for now focusing on getting the game out with full support to the GPUs above the set minimum requirements but more optimisations and lower end GPU compatibility will be looked at closer to the final release.

oh wow, this is an old post ahaha. Yeah you guys should benchmark your pc and see on the website "can i run it" if you can run the game

Which one of them specifically?

Radeon HD 7870 XT
Radeon HD 7870
Radeon HD 7850

Also make sure your graphics drivers are updated :)

Mr Ash, thanks so much for digging into the Intel compatibility. I'm having the same black screen or loading screen issues, but running on an Intel Arc A770, so it's definitely up to par.
Anything you all can do to help compatibility issues with that would be great.
When it does play, I can't get it over 25 fps, just FYI.
