Getting a Tax Office or Bailiff's office

If you are having trouble figuring out how to build a tax office or Bailiff's office in your Manor house this is how you do it:

Select your Manor House that you have previously built. Click the hammer icon for edit building.

Here is the trick. Under where it says Manor House with a yellow sparking icon (bottom left), there is a plus button (+). Hit this. This is the key to adding a tax office.

That plus button allows you to assign additional roles to the Manor House. Assign a tax office role to the building. Once this is added, select the new role. At this point it's like building a new manor house that just happens to connect to your existing one. You will need to build more building parts to fulfill the requirements of the selected role (tax office requires a room, entrance and a tower).

From what I can tell, it's not possible to reassign existing parts of the building to the Tax Office role. If you are like me, your manor house might be a sprawling mess trying to figure out how to build a tax office. I found it easier to delete the entire manor house and start over so I didn't have 30 buildings parts that would never work as anything but the base manor house.

Tell me about it! I spent basically a full day of game play trying to figure this out. You should have seen the mess of a Manor Home I built just trying to get the darn tax office to appear. All the guides I could find kept telling me that I just needed to make it big enough. I finally found some random forum post on page 12 of google that tipped me off about the "+" button. I rage quit for a few hours after I clicked that button.

It's even more infuriating when there is a tutorial on the screen pestering you to build a tax office this entire time. WHAT DO YOU THINK I'M DOING!?!

I'm having a hard time because I need to make a bailiff office, but it says I already placed one. SMH. Have any thoughts?

F6 is list of buildings. Can you find a Baliff Office there?
