Report a translation problem
As for Example 2: you have most likely placed too many gathering huts around your bush and thus it depletes too fast and they need to go search for other berry bushes, if you keep your gatherers as Serfs (for maximum efficiency) a maximum of 2 gathering huts per berry bush node will deplete it just in time for it to respawn and almost never have that issue.
For me, I guess it just boils down to control and OCD. When I have everything planned out "just so" and in a certain way, seeing the villagers travel across the map when they don't need to is frustrating. As you say, it's a problem atm but not game-breaking. Hopefully future patches will bring QoL improvements for things like this.
