Tax collectors can't access mines

Almost of my mines (iron, gold...) are not accessible to tax collectors. It says they can't access it, even though the mines are fully functionnal.

I have the same issue. However its only with one of three mines (the gold mine), for some reason. The transporters can access them without issue, only the tax collector is complaining about a blocked path. I moved any moveable objects but that did not help.

Edit:
Just checked again. Its actually both the iron and gold mine. Only the stone mine is being collected.
